Shipping & Billing
Shipping is always included (no extra charge for international customers).
If you order other items with your subscription, your Maegan’s Mailbox package will ship separately at the end of the month.
Subscriptions are billed on the same day each month as your sign-up date. (For example: if you subscribe on July 15th, your next billing will be August 15th, September 15th, and so on.)
You can pause, cancel, or update your details anytime through the subscription portal.
FAQs
Why hasn’t my letter shipped yet?
Letters are mailed out on the last business day of every month. If you subscribe any time between the 1st and the 31st, your first letter will be shipped at the end of that same month.
When will my letter arrive?
All letters are sent via standard post (untracked).
Within Canada/US: expect 1–2 weeks for delivery.
International: allow up to 3–4 weeks, depending on your location.
If it’s been longer, just reach out!
How can I update my address?
You can update your address, billing info, or pause/cancel anytime in your subscription portal. Need help? Send me an email and I’ll take care of it.
Oops—I gave the wrong address!
No worries. Email me right away and I’ll try to fix it before your letter goes out.
